Butler County kicked off the celebration of America 250 yesterday.
A number of local dignitaries gathered at the Butler County Government Center to help begin the year-long celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
Organizers say an America 250 flag will be displayed outside the courthouse. The county is also working with municipalities that also signed resolutions to help create their own events ahead of the major anniversary celebration.
