Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash Wednesday night in Winfield Township.
The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Winfield Road.
Dispatchers say a car went off the road and hit a utility pole, causing the pole and wires to fall onto the road.
Two elderly people were injured in the crash; both were taken to the hospital.
Crews were able to clear the scene in an hour.
