A restaurant in Cranberry is “out of compliance” following a recent inspection.
The Juniper Grill just off Route 228 was found to have committed five violations during their recent inspection.
The Department of Agriculture found food residue on a slicer blade guard and non-food contact surfaces accumulating dirt.
They also were not wearing proper hair restraints on the cook line, had plastic utensils warped from heat, and damaged floor and tile.
Juniper Grill must get in compliance by March 10th. The license will not be renewed until that happens.
