Barbara Ann (Pritts) Schreier, 84, of Butler, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born June 10, 1941, in Tarentum, the daughter of the late Richard W. and Myrtle (Jackson) Watt.
Barb enjoyed crocheting, sewing, reading, gardening, crafting and most of all being surrounded by her family.
Surviving are her four daughters, Denise Pritts of Vandergrift, Deborah Steele of Butler, Lori (Ed) Liebler of Butler, Melissa (Jeffrey) Beers of Butler; her son, Robert (Lynne) Pritts of FL; 14 grandchildren, Danielle (Erik), Dawn (David), Monique, Lee, Derrick (Brittney), Racheal (Jeremy), Bryant, Bailey (Aaron) and Colby; 7 great-grandchildren; her brother, James (Barbara) Watt of Curtisville; numerous nieces and nephews; and her best friend of over 50 years, Pauline (Daniel) Grubbs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Schreier; her son, Duane Pritts; and two brothers, Warren and Ronald Watt.
Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 1-4PM.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 10AM, with Pastor Matthew Grubbs officiating.
Interment will immediately follow in the Greenlawn Burial Estates, Butler, PA.
