A Saxonburg based company has announced they have been awarded a $1 billion contract.
The Steel City Tunnel Partners announced they have been awarded the contract to construct parts of the Ohio River Tunnel Project.
One of the company’s included in the Steel City Tunnel Partners is Brayman Construction Corporation out of Saxonburg.
The Ohio River Tunnel is the first of three deep tunnels planed by the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority to improve water quality throughout the Commonwealth.
