A Pittsburgh man accused of stealing guns from a Mars store last year has pled guilty.
In March 2025, 19-year-old Jaemir Beard of the Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood in Pittsburgh and two juveniles were found to be in possession of six stolen firearms from a store in Mars.
They attempted to sell the guns over social media.
Beard was also found to be possession of a stolen vehicle used in the robbery. He pled guilty to one count and is facing up to 10 years in prison, a fine up to $250,000, or both.
The minor’s cases were sent to juvenile court.
Sentencing is scheduled for October 1.
