A Butler man is facing charges after being accused of exposing himself during an argument in the City of Butler.
On June 18, police were called to the 200 block of Taylor Street for neighbors arguing and making threats.
When police spoke with the victim, they accused 73-year-old Larry Massella of pulling his pants down and exposing his buttocks and genitals.
According to charging documents two juveniles were present when the incident happened.
Massella has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
