The Big Butler Fair continues to roll along this week.
The 170th running of the fair features food, carnival rides and games, demo derbies, tractor pulls, and farm animals.
Today’s schedule will include the Draft Horse Pull and Youth Awards Program at 7 p.m. in the Draft Horse Show Ring and W.L. Roenigk Sr. Cattle Arena respectively as well as Bull Ride Mania at 7:30 p.m. at the Grandstand and the Woodcarver’s Auction at 8 p.m. on the Entertainment Stage.
General fair gate admission tickets can be purchased for $9 online or between $8 and $10 at the gate cash only depending on the time. Children 6 and under are free. Parking is also free.
The Big Butler Fair continues through Saturday at the fairgrounds on New Castle Road in Prospect. The Fair opens daily at 9 a.m. and closes around 11 p.m.
