Carol A. Ietto, 78, of Butler passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. She was born in Butler on November 1, 1947, to the late Edgar and Mae (Wellner) Engle.
She was employed in the dietary department at Sunnyview Nursing Home.
Carol was known for being a very positive, caring and loving person, who cherished her friends and family. She was very active and enjoyed playing pickleball and bowling, walking, gardening and bicycling.
Carol was the beloved wife of the late Dominic “Mick” Ietto; she is survived by her son, Bradley Pflugh; siblings, Roger, Fred, Susan, Albert, Kristin and Edgar. She is also survived by many dear friends.
Along with her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 4-6 PM at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVCIES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM.
