A Pittsburgh man is facing charges after being found with nearly eight ounces of marijuana in Summit Township.
On July 21 around 4 p.m., police were in the area of Chicora and Oneida Valley Road when the officer began a traffic stop on a vehicle registered to 42-year-old Dominic Times.
According to charging documents, an arrest warrant had been issued for Times from the Penn Hills Police Department.
When Times spoke with the officer, he allegedly admitted to having marijuana in his car inside a backpack.
The vehicle was then towed from the scene and a search warrant was filed and inside was nearly 8 ounces of cannabis/marijuana.
Times is facing several charges including manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture of deliver.
Custody and bond information was not readily available for Times.
He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing in Butler County.
