The official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Wegman’s in Cranberry happened yesterday.
Company and local officials gathered yesterday morning on Cool Springs Drive to break ground on the new grocery store.
The Wegman’s will bring an estimated 450 jobs to the area according to the company.
Construction will soon begin and officials anticipate the store opening next fall.
