A hearing will be held next week on if the judge in the case in the death of 15-year-old Aiden Lutz should be replaced.
The motion filed August 7 by the Butler County District Attorney’s office accuses Judge Christopher St. John of making bias statements.
Some of the claims include, St. John saying he did not see the case as a murder of the third-degree case and would grant the defense a judgment of acquittal for the murder of the third-degree charge.
The hearing will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Butler County Court house.
