A special election to become the next state representative for the southwestern portion of the county is happening tomorrow.
The 12th Legislative District seat was vacated when former State Representative Stephenie Scialabba resigned in March.
Democrat Brandon Dukes is facing Republican Scott Timko.
The seat covers all of Cranberry, parts of Adams and Jackson Townships, and Callery, Evans City, Harmony, Mars, Seven Fields, Valencia, and Zelienople Borough.
