Butler County is increasing the price for some of the shelter rentals this summer.
The county approved increases ranging from $10 to $30 for select shelters at Alameda Park and other rental facilities.
Officials say its been a number of years since a price increase, and operation costs continue to rise.
The first date to make a shelter reservation is the last Friday in February. Those are done in-person at the parks headquarters on Alameda Road.
