Technical staff at Butler Memorial Hospital are planning a rally as they bargain for their first union contract.
Techs at the hospital voted to unionize with the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals, also known as PSNAP.
Techs say wages have been stagnant and there are a number of techs who left the workforce.
The techs are planning a rally on Diamond Park next Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
