BUTLER TOWNSHIP COMMISSIONERS
Butler Township will be adding a new township commissioner after an incumbent was defeated in yesterday’s municipal election.
Incumbent Republican Sam Zurzolo fell short of reelection with just over 2,400 votes.
Democrat Jeffrey Pakutz won the seat with just over 2,700 votes.
Incumbent Republican Ed Natali won reelection of his current seat with just over 3,300 votes.
CENTER TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR
Mark Lauer and Alan Smallwood claimed the two open seats for Center Township Supervisor, which is a six-year term.

- Alan Smallwood: 1,422
- Tom Schiebel: 1,314

JACKSON TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR
Chris Arnold defeated Marianne Hall in a race for Jackson Township supervisor. Arnold secured a six-year term as supervisor.
