Central Electric Cooperative is opening the application period for their annual scholarship program.
The CEC is awarding ten $3,000 scholarships to cooperative members looking to help pay for post-secondary education. The program is open to adults, currently enrolled college students, and high school seniors.
Interested students must complete the application and submit a 500-word essay. Judges award scholarships to students who dedicate non-paid time to help their community.
The deadline to apply is March 15th.
