A man who shot a family member on Christmas pled guilty in Butler County yesterday and can file for probation today.
Police say 23-year-old Logan Rapsinski of Butler shot his brother on Christmas Eve last year in the 100 block of Crosslands Road in Butler Township. His brother was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital where he was stabilized.
Yesterday Rapsinski pled guilty to simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and disorderly conduct engaged in fighting.
He was given a sentence of six months of confinement, 60 months of probation that could be terminated in 42 months if there is no material violation, and pay $2,897 in fees and restitution.
