The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue wraps up the fiscal year with tax collections totaling nearly $49 billion.
Revenue from sales tax in June totaled $1.4 billion while personal income tax was $1.7 billion for the month, both above estimate.
The Motor License Fund received nearly $230 million for the month from gas and diesel taxes, as well as other license, fine, and fee revenues.
The fiscal year General Fund collections finished about $1.1 billion or nearly 2.5% over estimate.
