The first group of students in Butler County school districts head back to class tomorrow.
Wednesday is the first day of class for students in the AC Valley, Freeport, and Karns City School Districts.
A-C Valley secondary students should be aware of a new policy requiring cell phones be turned off at the beginning of each class and placed into pouches provided by the teacher. Phones will then be returned at the end of each class in an effort to reduce distractions.
Freeport has posted several support staff vacancies to their district website while Karns City is also hiring for several positions including a full-time maintenance secretary.
