The federal government officially ended its shutdown last night.
President Donald Trump signed the spending bill into law just after midnight.
Republican Congressman Mike Kelly voted in favor of the bill, saying Congress has a responsibility to keep the government open.
The bill funds the government through January, but Kelly also says it will fully fund SNAP through next September.
