A federal judge has ruled that the Trump Administration must fully fund SNAP Benefits.
This ruling comes after a federal judge said the administration must send out funds allocated for SNAP benefits.
The President would later say he would not fund the program until the shutdown was ended.
Now a federal judge in Rhode Island has ruled the entire program needs to be fully funded and funds need to be distributed.
