Two businesses were damaged in a fire Monday afternoon in Zelienople.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 4 p.m. for fire visible from the second floor of 143 South Main Street.
Crews arrived on scene and found smoke and flames coming from the building.
Everyone was able to safely get out of the building.
Penn Power was requested to disconnect service to the structure and two holes were cut in the roof.
The fire started in the second floor apartment above the flower shop and hair salon.
A portion of Main Street was shut down for a time until crews could clear the scene.
The State Fire Marshall has been requested to investigate this fire.
