Pennsylvania’s top law enforcement official recently announced a guilty plea regarding a large number of illegal slot machines made to look like skill games around the region including dozens in Butler County.
According to Attorney General Dave Sunday, Buffalo Skill Games and JJ Amusement have agreed to be dissolved and forfeit $5 million in assets.
Nearly 400 devices were removed from over 60 locations across the Western Pennsylvania region nearly one year ago as part of charges being filed against the two operating companies.
The seizures in 2025 included over 30 devices removed from Deluca’s Marty’s Bar on Route 19, Win it All at the Mall at Clearview Mall, and Mini Casino on South Chestnut Street.
