Pennsylvania’s treasurer is launching a bid to be the Commonwealth’s next governor.
Stacy Garrity announced this morning that she is seeking the Republican nomination for governor.
Garrity was first elected treasurer in 2020 and was reelected last year.
She is the first candidate to declare in the Republican race to take on current Governor Josh Shapiro.
