Boys basketball:
–North Catholic-71 Burrell-45. Jason Fredericks scored 26 points to lead the Trojans.
Wrestling:
Boys —
–North Allegheny-47 Butler-27. The victory, North Allegheny locked up their fourth Section 4 title in the last five years. Butler fell to 1-7.
–Seneca Valley-47 Mars-27. With the victory, the Raiders earned a playoff berth in Section 4. They are now 8-3 overall and 3-1 in the section. Mars fell to 6-5 and are 2-2 in the section.
–Knoch-60 Summit Academy-18.
Girls —
–North Allegheny-60 Butler-30.
–Knoch-36 Greensburg Salem-6.
Bowling:
–Freeport and Shaler split their match. The Freeport girls won 7-0. The Yellow Jackets were led by Hannah Windows who rolled a 664 series with a high game of 257. Kylie McConahy added a 606 series.
The Freeport boys lost 5-2.
