A Cranberry man accused of driving erratically and killing two people in Beaver County while driving under the influence had his charges held for court late last week.
Police have also upgraded the charges against 45-year-old Israel Tun Cooch.
Originally charged with just two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, Cooch has now been charged with two additional counts of third-degree murder after a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
A formal arraignment has been scheduled for September 24 with a trial already set for January 5, 2026.
