Two employees of Independence Health System are receiving scholarships to help further their education.
The Butler Memorial Hospital Foundation announced two $2,500 scholarships were awarded to employees.
Donna Tucker of Clarion Hospital and Nathaniel Weber of Butler Memorial Hospital were recipients of the scholarship. Both plan on attending nursing school.
The scholarship program debuted in 2018 and has funded over $40,000 in awards to 14 employees.
