Joseph “Joe” Bowser, 74, of Greensburg, PA passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026. He was born in New Kensington on June 8, 1952, to Dorothy (Church) Bowser and the late Eugene Bowser. Joe honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1970 to 1972. He received his MBA from IUP and his electrical engineering degree from Penn State.
Joe was known for being extremely kind, had a good sense of humor and could definitely be stubborn at times. He enjoyed shooting, judo and taekwondo; which he was a 5th degree black belt, riding his Harley and driving his corvette.
Father of Joshua (Valerie Maycock) Bowser; brother of Gary (Debbie Poxon) Bowser; grandfather of Andrew (Brianna) Bowser; step-grandfather of Elizabeth, Alex, Mya and Mason Maycock.
Along with his father, Joe was preceded in death by his son, Jason Bowser.
