Born March 27, 1940, in Oklahoma City, she was the daughter of the late J.D. and Florence (Anderson) Hughes.
Joyce was a 1958 graduate of Pine Grove High School in West Virginia. She was a member of New Life Christian Ministries in Saxonburg. She also had an extensive angel collection, and proudly displayed them on her tree that she kept up year round. Above all else, Joyce loved and adored her family, always putting everyone before herself.
She is survived by her husband of 67, Clyde Ott, whom she married on July 29, 1958; her son, Frank (Barbara) Ott, her daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Zehmisch, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, her brother, Robert Hughes, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Ott, two sisters and three brothers.
