An investigation is underway after a student in the Knoch School District allegedly had a gun on campus.
According to a letter from Knoch Superintendent Dr. Melissa Grantz, the investigation began Monday when the school was notified that a member of the boys’ soccer team had a gun on him at a local athletic club.
The investigation continued and found the student brought the gun onto the high school campus as well.
Grantz says the district believes the student has been taken into custody and is facing charges.
