The Butler Area Public Library continues to present activities as well as books and other resources to the community.
The library is offering a Jigsaw Puzzle Challenge later today. Adult participants can drop in to the Basement Meeting room between 6 and 7:30 p.m. and join a team of two to four people to attempt completion of a 500-piece puzzle in 90 minutes. Registration is required.
Thursday, teens and tweens in grades 5 through 12 can participate in a craft program at 1 p.m. to make a mod podge journal. No registration is required.
Also on Thursday, the library will host Garden Workshop from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Basement Meeting Room. Butler residents are invited to learn more about rain barrels and participants will receive a 55-gallon one. The cost is free but online registration is required.
