Police have charged a Kittanning man in Slippery Rock Township after it’s alleged he urinated in someone’s fridge.
On Saturday just before 3:30 a.m. police were called to The Grove Apartments. When police arrived on scene they were told 20-year-old Gage Toy broke into an apartment, urinated in the fridge, and wanted to fight the victim’s boyfriend.
A roommate and the boyfriend were able to kick Toy out of the apartment, only for Toy to come back later trying to fight again.
After being removed for a second time, Toy left scene and was soon taken into custody.
Toy has been charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. He’s being held in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bail as he awaits a preliminary hearing.
