The man accused of vandalizing Congressman Mike Kelly’s office in Hermitage has been sentenced.
46-year-old Joe Lemons of Sharon pled guilty to criminal mischief and harassment after he spray painted Kelly’s office in July. He also placed flyers with vulgar language on the office building as well.
Lemons was sentenced to two years of probation, $500 in fines, and $250 in restitution.
