Police have charged three men from Ohio and two juveniles accused of stealing from a local sporting goods store.
Police were called to the Dicks Sporting Goods in Butler Township on Monday for an alleged retail theft.
Police say that five individuals were removing tags from items in the dressing room in the store. It’s estimated they attempted to steal $1,485 in product.
Charged in the thefts are 20-year-old Lawrence Anderson, 18-year-old Darnell Coffer, and 18-year-old Dwayne Howard, all of Youngstown and two unnamed juveniles.
They are all facing several felony retail theft charges and have been placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond as they await preliminary hearings.
