Robert S. McKivigan, 57, of Butler passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. He was born in Butler on July 4, 1969, to the late David and Anna Marie (Hesidence) McKivigan. Robert was employed at his family’s business, Butler Tires for Less.
He was known for being outgoing, kind, caring, funny and had a warm heart with a beautiful soul. He walked to the beat of his own drum and cherished every moment with his daughter. Robert found joy in the simple things, he took great pride in detailing cars and reminiscing about older cars he had. He was a part of a bowling league and loved being on the golf course.
Father of Audrey McKivigan; brother of Donna Kuhns, Rick (Sandy), Ray (Charlotte), Deanna (Bill) and Ryan (Amy) McKivigan; he was also affectionately known as “Pappy” to his grandchildren, whom he loved whole heartedly.
