Roger Ball

Roger Ball, 70, of Boca Raton, Florida, died on Friday, July 31, 2026, in Florida.
Born July 24, 1956, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Eugene Ball, a Butler native, and the late Martha Ball.
Roger grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, and spent his career at United Airlines in a variety of customer support roles. He had made his home in Boca Raton for the past 40 years.
He is survived by his son, Eric Ball; his sister, Kathy Ball; and his brothers, Jordan Ball and Loren Ball.
Roger was greatly loved by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other family and friends, who will remember him fondly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Norman Ball and Eugene Ball.
Visitation will take place at Martin Funeral Home Downtown, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, on Thursday, Aug. 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, at All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean Street, Butler, with Rev. John J. Baver officiating.
