Residents in the Rolling Valley Estates are once again facing clean water challenges and the township has filed action.
According to a post by Connoqunessing Township Supervisor Angela Fleeger, the township has submitted a formal complaint to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the ongoing problems.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office has been requested to review the issues from a consumer protection basis.
Residents are advised to document the water conditions with photographs, communications, receipts, expenses, and any property or equipment damage.
This is the third water quality incident in the last year.
