A Winfield Township business is facing numerous charges connected to alleged vehicle fraud.
According to State Police, Garvin Auto Salvage on Franklin Drive in Sarver was the subject of investigation earlier this month for taking cars for scrap without titles.
The business is also accused of compliance violations with PennDOT as well as violations of the Scrap Metal Theft Prevention Act.
A total of 200 violations have been alleged as a result of this investigation.
