An upcoming Slippery Rock University program will aim to educate students about careers in cyber security.
The annual SRU Cyberspace Event will be held on Tuesday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. both on Zoom as well as in the Smith Student Center Ballroom.
SRU students from multiple departments will present real-world case scenarios and live software demonstrations. A guest speaker and chief information security officer from CMU will give a presentation about careers in cybersecurity.
Those interested in attending this free event are asked to complete an online registration form through the SRU website.
