Pennsylvania State Police have announced they reached a deal with skill games operators to help reach compliance.
The agreement is with six skill games operators/distributers who are committed to following state law.
The businesses in the agreement will receive additional time to comply with state law if they can do the following:
- Ensure devices are inoperable
- Commit to removing machines on a rolling basis
- Provide a full list of all machines and where they are located
- Provide weekly status updates
- Agree that any machine removed by State Police provided timeline will be forfeited.
In return State Police will need to receive a timeline of when machines will be removed and seizures of machines will be delayed until that date.
