The Pittsburgh Steelers lost 17-14 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Saturday night at Acrisure Stadium. The Steelers complete their preseason schedule Thursday night in Carolina.
Tampa Bay hit a 42-yard field goal as time expired to win the game.
Mason Rudolph started at quarterback for the Steelers and went 3-of-5 for 49 yards, a touchdown and interception in his brief appearance. Skylar Thompson was 10-of-15 for 113 yards and an interception. Rookie running back Kaleb Johnson rushed 11 times for 50 yards.
