Two men are facing charges following a drug bust in the City of Butler.
Members of the Butler County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant early yesterday morning at a home in the 500 block of East Pearl Street, which is in the city’s Institute Hill neighborhood.
Inside the home were 52-year-old Shawn Montgomery of Butler and 34-year-old Deontae Thompson of Detroit.
Police found 20 grams of crack and $800 in cash, along with drug packaging materials and drug paraphernalia.
Montgomery was placed in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bond; Thompson on $25,000 bond.
