Local residents are being asked to join in an effort to save lives.
A Butler Vitalant blood drive is planned for Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge Star Room on South Main Street.
Another Vitalant drive will take place Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at VA Butler Healthcare Veteran Affairs Auditorium on North Duffy Road.
Vitalant is offering all donors who give blood and opt into their Donor Rewards Program at a drive this month a chance to win a $10,000 prepaid gift card.
