Butler Township Police have released the names of those involved scooter and car accident earlier this week in Bon Aire
On Tuesday, township police were called to North Main Street extension by One Armstrong Place just after 4:30 p.m. for an SUV hitting someone on a scooter.
According to police, a scooter being operated by 44-year-old James Jack of Butler was traveling north on route 8 before an SUV driven by 57-year-old Donna O’Day of Butler turned out of Armstrong Place then collided with Jack.
Jack was transported via life flight to a Pittsburgh hospital after the collision. No word on his current condition.
