Local residents and families are invited to attend an upcoming free event to remember those who have passed on.
The annual Lutheran Senior Life VNA Beyond Memories Community Celebration of Life and Butterfly Release Memorial is planned for 12:30 p.m. Sunday rain or shine at the Butler Fairgrounds.
The service will include musical presentations, poems, and reading of names of those being remembered.
Those interested in pre-ordering butterflies are asked to visit the Lutheran Senior Life Facebook page or call 724-431-3372 by the end of the day today.
