A Valencia woman has been placed in the Butler County Prison after a fight sent one person to the hospital in Middlesex Township.
On February 20, police were called to the 100 block of Country Side Drive for a fight between 34-year-old Kayla Schroder and her ex-husband’s new girlfriend.
According to a witness on scene, the victim, who was at a home across the street from Schroder, was attacked after leaving the home. Schroder allegedly hit the victim in the face with a closed fist and bit the victim.
The victim went to the hospital for treatment. Schroder was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and disorderly conduct.
Schroder’s bail was set at $40,000 and a preliminary hearing was set for March 31.
