Traffic was backed up on I-79 for hours yesterday.
The multi-vehicle crash happened around 1:15 p.m. in the southbound lane of I-79 in Marshall Township.
Dispatchers say the accident involved a truck and an SUV.
There was at least one person injured, although the extent of the injuries is not known.
The accident reduced traffic to one lane, but caused significant delays for about two hours.
