Robert Michael “Mick” Moncey, 73, of Butler, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 6, 1952, in Butler, the son of the late Michael and Marcia (Moore) Moncey.
Mick was a very outgoing and friendly person who enjoyed fishing and bowling. He was employed at ARC.
Surviving are two sisters, Linda (Dave) Michel of Butler and Mary Moncey of Butler; several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Thomas Allen Brink, and a sister, Barbara Petanovich.
Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson Street, Butler, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Private services and burial will be held in Zion Cemetery.
