The newly elected state representative will be sworn into office tomorrow.
Democrat Brandon Dukes will officially be sworn into office tomorrow after defeating Republican Scott Timko in a special election for the district 12 house seat.
Dukes will finish former representative Stephanie Scialabba term then face a rematch in November against Timko in the general election.
